Wing in Classic Spicy Sauce

The most delicious wing in spicy sauce.


1 kg of wings cut in half , washed and wiped. 

2 tablespoons oil

50 g melted butter 

1 cup hot chili

125 ml sweet cream

1/2 teaspoon white pepper 

3 clove crushed garlic


Step 1

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 250 c degrees

Step 2

Grease a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil,

Place the wings in the pan and mix well with another tablespoon of oil.

Step 3

Roast the wings for 50 minutes until they are really golden ( they will not get any more color down the road).

Turn two or three times while grilling.

Step 4

Meanwhile,in a large bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients:

Sweet chili,sweet cream ,white pepper,crushed garlic,and melted butter.

Remove the pan from the oven.lower the heat to 180c degrees.

Using tongs, transfer the wings to the sauce bowl.

get rid of the liquid that have accumulated at the bottom of the pan and even wipe with paper towel.

Return the wings and sauce to the pan.

Roast for another 15-20 minutes, until the sauce is also hot and its color deepens.
