Tom Yum soup

Spicy Thai Tom Yum soup with seafood.




Ingredients for Tom Yum soup


200 g Shrimps

200 g scrubbed mussels

200 g squid calamari bodies cut into rings 

100 g calamari's head

4 onion cut into rings

400 g halves champignons mushrooms 

250 g torn wild mushrooms

2 green onions

10 pieces of Galangal roots 

30 leaves Kaffir lime

1 Lemongrass stalk without leaves 

10 coriander stalks

18 cherry tomatoes halved 

5 tablespoons fish sauce 

Squeezed lemon

Crushed dry hot pepper 

3 Liters water

200 ml coconut milk

*** Also recommend 3 tablespoons of Tom Yum purée



Tom Yum soup

Preparation

Step 1

Boil for quarter of an hour the roots:Galangal, lemongrass,kaffir lime leaves.

Step 2

Add onion, champignons,and chopped green onions for 1 more minutes cooked.

Step 3

Add the coconut milk and lower the heat for an extra minutes.

Step 4

Add the Seafood, turn off the heat.and let them Evaporate for a minute.


Serving:

Sprinkle chopped coriander over.
