Spicy Authentic Pad Thai with chicken

Pad Thai chicken and vegetables in an Asian sauce An easy and perfect recipes for satisfying meal.

Ingredients



200 Noodle rice ( 3 mm ) 

3 tablespoons oil

3 garlic cloves

1 cm ginger roots

1 medium chili red pepper 

1 medium carrots

1 medium whole chicken breast 

2 Eggs


Sauce:


4 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce

2 tablespoons concentrated Tamarind sauce 

2 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon sesame oil 

5 tablespoons water


Serving:


1 package Chinese sprouts 

2 stalks green onion

1 stalk coriander

1/4 cup roasted peanuts

1 medium lime or lemon



Preparation

Step 1

Soak the noodles in hot water for 15 minutes, Strain, and keeps in cold water until serving.

Step 2

crush the garlic, grate the ginger, thin slice the chili, cut carrots and chicken to thin strips,

cut green onions diagonally into small pieces,


Step 3

Stir the eggs, chop the peanuts, and coriander, cut the lime into slices.

Step 4

Heat the oil in a wok add the chicken and vegetables , fry for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Make a hole in the center of the wok and pour the eggs into it Stir until get scrambled eggs.

Step 6

Strain the noodles and add to the wok. Stir and cook for 4 minutes.

Step 7

Add all sauce ingredients stir well and cook for 2 more minutes. Turn off the heat and add the sprouts and green onion.

Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and coriander, Decorate with lime slices.
