Neapolitan Pizza

Classic Pizza recipe with thin dough and lots of toppings, Just like in Italy.

Ingredients for Neapolitan Pizza


    For 3 thin Pizza:

    3 1/5 cups flour ( 500g) 

    Fresh yeast (25 g )

    2 tablespoons sugar

    3 tablespoons olive oil 

    1 tablespoon salt

    1 1/4 cups water ( 300 ml)


    4 grated Tomatoes

    1 tablespoon tomatoes paste 

    3 tablespoons olive oil

    Toppings for Pizza:

    1 cup grated Mozzarella 

    1 cup grated Feta cheese 

    1 cup black olives

    1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

    Basil Oregano and Arugula.

Neapolitan Pizza


Step 1

In a mixing bowl with a kneading hook mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt, at a slow speed for about 2 minutes,

gradually add the oil and water, and mix for another 8 minutes. until slightly sticky dough is obtained.

Step 2

Transfer the dough to a greased bowl and turn it inside out

so it is covered with oil all sides, cover the bowl with cling film and swell for about an hour.

Step 3

Prepare the sauce:

Mix the grated tomatoes, tomato paste,and olive oil and set aside.

Step 4

Divide the dough into three parts and leave to rise for another 20 minutes.

Step 5

Roll each pice into a thin sheet, you can roll directly on lightly greased backing paper. Spread the sauce and sprinkle the toppings.

Place on the pan and bake in preheated oven at 220 c degrees degrees for 15 minutes.
